2AR-FE COOLING  WATER PUMP  INSTALLATION  


PROCEDURE

Hide 16100 1.INSTALL ENGINE WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

a.

Install a new water pump gasket and the engine water pump assembly with the 7 bolts.

Torque:
21 N*m (214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf)


b.

Install the wire harness bracket with the bolt.

Torque:
10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)


c.

Attach the clamp of the wire harness to the wire harness bracket.


Hide 16620 2.INSTALL V-RIBBED BELT TENSIONER ASSEMBLY

a.

Install the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly with the bolt.

Torque:
21 N*m (214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf)
